First, we have changed our brand and the services we provide. But before we explain how we help our clients, we’ll start with a brief introduction 🙂
I am Yana Shyk, the founder of Green Realty and your personal “concierge” in the world of Spanish real estate. Before we move on to information about our exciting expansion into the Spanish market and our new branding, I would like to share a bit about the history of our company and myself.
Some of you may remember my successes from a few years ago at the Warsaw-based premium real estate agency Hamilton May. As someone who loves the sun, the beach, surfing, great food, and adventure, in 2019 I decided to move to Australia, where Green Realty was established on the Gold Coast. Our mission was to sell premium properties on the Australian coast.
Green Realty is a company built by people, for people. I do not see myself as just a real estate agent, but rather as a self-made entrepreneur, ready to be your partner in this fascinating field within the Spanish real estate market.
Now I am incredibly excited that we can share our experience and concierge service in the most beautiful locations in Spain, along its eastern and southern coasts.
Our main goal and my personal mission is to help our clients purchase a property that will not only be a wonderful holiday home but also an investment generating maximum returns. We want to be with you every step of the way.
The name Green Realty was not chosen by chance. We are green and eco-friendly in every respect. Just as we care for our beautiful planet, we also do not waste time, money, or unnecessary paper on marketing. We believe in full transparency in our cooperation.
Our approach is different from that of most real estate agencies or independent advisors. We focus on personal relationships, not on handling thousands of inquiries on a mass scale. We are not one of those property portals or travel agencies offering holiday-style property tours in Spain. We create a personalized program and strategy for each client, starting with a thorough consultation to understand how to achieve success and make the best choice.
